              TEAMWORK is a means of coming together to actually solve the Good, Bad and Ugly of a situation and turning it into perfection.

Achieving the right and patching up a situation accurately in a TEAM can be mysteriously difficult that it will take some time until we realize it might have been as simple as “a secondary school student being told to recite A-Z.”
But for the time being, it remains ousted from few organizations due to their oblivious state.

There are several methods of putting in more effort to make a TEAMWORK work and perfectly insert the FLOW STATE without having creepy difficulties.

Being given a particular task that requires TEAMWORK but due to one’s ego, you decide to take all the pressure all alone, which might end up not just being detrimental to you but definitely to the organization. So a FLOW STATE agenda should be recommended for most organizations inorder to FLOW round the task for the aim of a successful one.


Enough about the individual talk. Ever thought about the COLLECTIVE FLOW STATE?

There was this Football game I watched, well a Barcelona vs PSG game to be precise, where every player became naturally talented and the contribution of their TEAMWORK, which at the end brought about togetherness and created a smooth and beautiful tune to the game.
From that point I got to realize that TEAMWORK don’t just give Perfection to a work or task, it brings about the unification of every individual and pinches-in a joyful heat of complete activity to a TEAM.



The Flow: Brilliantly Making TEAM work

And now lets apply the conditions for personal Flow to how they can work for achieving collective Flow in TEAMs.

Nature actually have it that not all conditions can be there at all times but the most interesting ways to happiness at work, is by managing the streamline in your TEAM. The happier and productive you all are, the more the TEAM makes progress.

Communication and Task management are crucial for achieving meaningful processes that brings positive results and make TEAM-work sublime. So, it’s essential to ensure you make good use of them inorder to achieve a well-structured collective TEAMWORK.





Assigning The Right Task To The Right Being   

Assigning of tasks to the right people who can tackle them should be the case, not otherwise cause this ensures that your skills and abilities will match the challenge at hand. In essence, you’re setting the stage for engaging in a Satisfying Activity that requires less effort because it’s engageable and enjoyable, and brings about a better and blissful flow.


Single-tasking For Team Members

Passé is the word for Multitasking because it does not work for productivity in long term.
Single-tasking is a task most TEAM mates crave for cause they put their focus fully inorder to get immersed in and perform their best.  
This mostly can be quite difficult in an organization where a lot of distractions come to place. From “creepy and unnecessary pings from Google Hangout, to side gossip, talks and so on. While some tasks do require the adequate use of different platforms, by merging projects with the TEAM communication, which at the end of it will be a clear WIN.  


Meaningful & Timely Feedback

Whether you are the Boss or TEAM Leader of a particular task, giving timely and inspiring feedback for their work is important. You want something achieved together? Well, reasonable ideas back and forth is the way into achieving such. TEAM collaboration and communication strategy can be of great help here as well, as it is easy to chat about tasks, inspire one another, bring up new ideas and generate different and meaningful outcome.

Delegation & Trust

Lastly, when TEAM-mates have been delegated to do a certain work, it directly contributes to their ability to involve themselves in it passionately, so avoiding lame errors will be one of their missions inorder not to be seen as the “weak one”. However, when we collaborate, it is vital to learn how to Delegate with Trust and give others full support that they can achieve anything.


And hey, lets not forget, being friendly is also a vital key in achieving a successful task together. The friendlier you are, the smoother and perfect the TEAM achieves any goal, no matter how difficult. Bond is the deal breaker!
